Profile page and Google Maps API The information visible in your profile page is your gender, country, date of birth, number topics, number of listings, join date, last log-in date and username. You can hide your date of birth by editing your preferences.
If you register on Buzzmart using facebook, your Facebook profile will be displayed by default in your "My Contact Details" sections. You may choose to remove it by editting your profile.
We provide the ability to our users to pinpoint their location by using the built in Google Maps API. The map is HIDDEN by default. By unhidding the map you are allowing your location (city/town and country) to be visible to any user that visits your profile page. Buzzmart accepts no responsibility or liability in the case when you choose to show your location to your profile. You do it at your own risk and you take full rensposibility. Additional contact details may be provided by you by editting your profile. Please be advised that the information you provide will be visible to all the users that will visit your profile page in the "My contact Details" box. You can always remove, edit and add personal contact details by editting your profile. Facebook, Twitter and eBay We allow our users to attach their social network profiles with Buzzmart to have a more pleasant and social trading experience. To attach your social network profiles several information is required in order to authenticate your accounts and perform several features on the website. When you are attaching your Twitter or Facebook account with Buzzmart make sure you read through the information taken by the corresponding API and if you do not agree please do not use it. eBay import: Users can import their eBay listings with just a few clicks. To import your eBay listings you need to verify your eBay account throught the eBay import API. This is done not only for verification but also to fetch your running eBay listings. Upon attaching your eBay account, your eBay feedback is also imported under your profile. We try to import listings in their original form but keep in mind that some elements such as advanced themes and templates may not be possible to do so. Importing eBay listings may take up to 72 hours depending on the amount of import requests being made. Please note that: These issues are out of our control. Fixed price listings are imported with infinite durations (Forever) until changed by the user. Having your listings with infinite durations saves you the trouble with relisting them when you do not have to worry about them until a sale is made.
Other Buzzmart allows access of third party search “crawlers” to the website, such as Google and Yahoo, so your personal information might be taken by these websites. Buzzmart also allows its users to use widgets created by third parties. It is your responsibility to choose and use widgets and provide to them any personal information they require. If it is required to change our services your personal information might be transferred to new servers and/or new owners (in the case of a merger or acquisition of Buzzmart).
We do NOT share/rent/sell your personal information with/to any third parties except for specific situations that are identified in the Terms and Conditions page.
