After the import process is done you will also be able to review and choose the categories you want your products to be listed in. Don't worry, our automated notification system will keep you informed throughout the process.

How long does it take?

eBay has a limit on the amount of requests we can send every day. Depending on the demand it can take anything from 10 minutes up to 48 hours but usually it is near instant.

Does it work with eBay templates?

We try our best to import eBay listings in their original design and layout format but some templates may cause issues.  99% of the time we have no problems.

How does inventory synchronization work?

Our inventory synchronization works by checking every day the status of your eBay listings and then updating your Buzzmart listings accordingly. So let’s say you made a sale on eBay our system will know this and will automatically close your corresponding Buzzmart listing. Do not forget this feature is optional.

Do I have to import my listings every time?

No way! As soon as you import your eBay listings you will be able to edit, relist and do pretty much everything you want just like any other Buzzmart listing.

Can I remove my eBay account?

You can always remove your eBay account by clicking the "detach eBay account option".
